By accessing InstalFlow, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If acting for a company, you confirm authority to bind it.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration details, credential security and activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or process unlawful content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access, limits, renewal periods and applicable fees are defined by the plan selected at subscription.
Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and deliver the service.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but scheduled maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Intellectual property
The platform, branding and associated materials remain the property of InstalFlow and its licensors.
Termination
Access may be ended for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use, subject to applicable contractual terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
